No Longer with Cisco

Autumn Truong manages the social media marketing team responsible for Cisco's brand and product portfolio. She also leads the overall Digital Training & Certification program for the entire company.

In her previous role, she managed the team responsible for Cisco's corporate social media channels. Under her leadership, Cisco's corporate social media channels have been recognized for innovation and best practices. She created the company’s first social platform for Cisco executives to share more digital content on their executive bio pages. She is also credited with leading the development and execution of Cisco's first Twitter strategy.

She has over 15 years of communications experience in Silicon Valley working with both start-ups and leading Fortune-500 companies. Prior to Cisco, she was at EMC Corporation where she lead public relations for the company’s software business. She has also held various public relations positions with leading PR agencies such as Edelman Public Relations Worldwide.
